Oooey Gooey Salted Caramel Chocolate Almond Bits


Well, if this didn’t catch your attention I don’t know what will 🙂 Every now and then I want something sweet and salty! I thought I found the perfect match but it wasn’t 100% so of course I decided to make my own! This is a super simple no bake yummy recipe! It can make a little or a lot so it is perfect for yourself , or in those rare instances when you want to share—-like when someone is standing right next to you looking over your shoulder and you HAVE to :)!!!

Anyway, this candy is my happy place and is a wonderful treat where you can control just how sweet and salty you want it!

It is filled with sea salt almonds, gooey caramel, and milk chocolate!

Sea Salt Oven Roasted Almonds (med bag)

1 bag of chocolate chips ( I use milk but whatever you prefer)

Caramel Sauce (ice cream topping)


Melt 1/2 the chocolate chips in microwave. I use 1/2 power for 20 seconds, stir, then go in 10 second intervals still at half power always stirring in between!

Pour melted chocolate on a baking sheet with parchment paper and then immediately add almonds and drizzle on caramel sauce then freeze for an hour.

Melt the other half of the chocolate chips and spread over the chilled mixture and dust lightly with Kosher or sea salt.

Let set in the fridge for a couple hours or until set and break into pieces.

(I like to store them in a container in the fridge because they do melt in your hands:))
